You can add, change, or delete custom attributes for your Name Pages using the following procedure:
1. Navigate to the Name Page you'd like to add custom attributes to. Click on the 'Admin' tab, and then the 'Preferences' sub-tab.
2. Scroll down the 'Preferences' page and click the 'Add Custom Field' button. You can then configure your custom attribute to your liking. When you're finished configuring your new custom attribute click 'Save Preferences'
3. Your custom attribute will now appear on your Name Page's recording form.
